Single Component

Poly-100 SC Single Component Polyurea Primer Poly-100 SC is a Single Component Polyurea primer body coat that’s perfect for both solid color and broadcast systems. As a 100% solids primer, it has zero Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), making it the ideal solution for minimising odor and environmental impact.

Its virtually unlimited pot life allows for work at any pace, but cures quickly when applied, allowing a mere 4-8 hours walk on time and 24 hour return to service. No mixing, no measuring, no waste, no hassle.

Polyurea-1 HD Single Component Aliphatic Polyurea CFFS Polyurea-1 HD™ is a single component, 90% solids, Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Compliant, Aliphatic Polyurea that was developed for high gloss UV-stable floor topcoats, chemical resistance, and corrosion control.

This coating provides reliable performance in a wide range of temperatures and climate conditions. Polyurea-1 HD has excellent resistance to UV rays, abrasion, and harsh weather conditions in a single-pack formula.

Concrete Repair Materials

Fortification Formula CFFS FORTIFICATION FORMULA™ is a two-component, 98% solids, Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Compliant, ultra low viscosity Polyurea repair material that has the ability to cure in a wide range of temperatures. Its high compressive strength makes it a great choice for heavy traffic areas and those that are prone to damage due to falling objects.

Control Joint Fill Materials

Polyflex-93 CFFS Polyflex-93 is a two component, 100% solids,Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Compliant, self leveling flexible control and expansion joint filler. This product cures rapidly and consistently at temperatures ranging from -6.6c -48c. With a tack-free time of under 5 minutes, Polyflex-93 reduces downtime and allows repaired areas to be reopened to vehicle or foot traffic in one hour.

Excellent elastomeric properties create flexibility while a tenacious bond to the concrete sidewalls of the joints leads to long lasting results and performance.

 CFFS Polyurea-350 is a two-component, 98% solids, Volatile Organic Compound (VOC)Compliant Polyurea that was developed as a primer/basecoat for a variety of coating systems. This coating provides exceptional adhesion to a large number of substrates and performs well in a wide range of temperatures and climate conditions. Extended working time makes it a great choice for both residential and commercial applications.


Ultra Hydro-Stop Moisture Mitigation Primer 
CFFS Ultra-Hydro Stop Primer™ is a two component, 100% solids, moisture vapour transmission (MVT) blocking and pH resistant epoxy primer used to remedy concrete floors with high moisture readings before the application of the finish coatings. Ultra-Hydro Stop Primer has excellent self leveling properties making it a great choice for floors with minor pitting, spalling, and other blemishes.

Capable of holding back up to 25 lbs. of 
MVT as measured with Anhydrous Calcium Chloride tests, this coating is the solution to avoid peeling coatings, delaminating tiles, and blistering sheet type floor coatings.

Due to its pure chemistry it is also resistant to high levels of alkalinity which can cause premature failing of a number of different floor coverings. Ultra-Hydro Stop Primer can easily handle pH levels up to 14 without losing its tenacious bond to the concrete.

This coating is compatible with most of the coatings and overlays available today and can be used as a stand-alone floor sealer in certain applications. When it comes to coating concrete, any indication of high moisture levels means CFFS Ultra-Hydro Stop Primer should be the first coat applied.

This coating provides reliable performance in a wide range of temperatures and climate conditions. 100% UV stability makes it an excellent choice for both interior and exterior applications.

CPC Degreaser / Cleaner
